我的妈妈原本出生在桃源外的一个富裕的家庭，过着衣食无忧的生活。从没干过重活，有一双光滑、白嫩的手。可是有一天她不知道犯了什么错误，被王母娘娘丙到我们这个地方来，跟了我爸爸，让她的人生发生了变化，从此加入了“移山”的'行列。

妈妈在家管着一切家务事。每天早上，妈妈天没亮就起了床，干完要干的杂活，就忙着做早餐，做完早餐，就叫我们起来吃。上午妈妈又去捡柴、割草她每天的家务活是做之不尽的。有时我看见妈妈这样辛苦，心里感到十分的难过。到严冬时，妈妈又要做家务，又要到坡上干活，使得粗糙的的手到处裂开缝，被刺骨的寒风吹的阵阵疼痛。虽然这么辛苦，妈妈也从来没抱怨过什么，因为她坚信：她的儿子一定会出人头地，走出大山。所以尽管辛苦，我们一家人总是快乐的生活着。

我七岁时已经到了上学的年龄。可是家里没钱给我交学费，但是妈妈并没有放弃我们的学业。她白天在家干活，晚上去帮火锅店洗碗，补贴家用，每天晚上凌晨才回家，回家还得忙一阵，早上天还没亮，又起来干活了。那时，我真担心妈妈的身体，可是妈妈总是在我们面前表现出精神饱满的样子。有一次，我们全家人围在一起吃饭，妈妈帮我夹菜时，我又看见了妈妈那双长满茧子，溃烂发炎的手。我忍不住在心里哭了起来，妈妈原本应该过着衣来伸手，饭来张口的生活，却来到我们这个地方，为了我们，为了我能够走出大山，却让他如此劳累，其实她完全可以一走了之的。但她没有，真是“可怜天下父母心”啊！
