Which is more important, wealth or health? Different people have different opinions.

Some people prefer wealth, holding that money can not bring everything, but without it, one can do nothing. In order to accumulate more money they can do anything. However, other people regard health as more important. Once health is lost, it is no use having a lot of money.

As far as I am concerned, I love wealth, but I value health more. Everybody wants to live a happy life. So they try their best to earn money which can ensure they lead a comfortable life, but if happiness and comfort are achieved at the cost of their health, how can they be happy? Without health money becomes meaningless.

In my opinion, no one agrees that a wealthy person without good health can be happy. So, just do our best to keep healthy.

Since we have had SARS and Bird Flu in our country, it is very important for us to keep healthy. How to keep healthy? First, we should have good diets. We must eat some meat, chicken and fish, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, a lot of rice, noodles and bread. We must not eat too much fried food or too many soft drinks. Second, we should have good eating habits. For example, we must have three meals a day. We must wash our hands before eating. In addition, we should take an active part in sports and recreation. When we feel tired, we can go out for a holiday to relax ourselves. If you want to enjoy your life, please remember the most important thing is to keep healthy.

Silently,I opened the door and stepped outside to face the cutting air.The moon had already lost some of its glow and the land was bathed in a dull mist.A lurid light in the east proclaimed the approach of day while the weatern landscape was bleak with some spooky stillness like a wizard kingdom.What you could only hear was the creepy sounds,seemingly out of the hell----the barking of dogs,the hammering of blacksmith,the lowing of cows and the crying of pigs under the butcher's knife.

Gradually,the lurid light darkened and spread across the west.Every flower,every tree and every weed were bathed in the sunshine.Suddenly,it turned out that all the sounds were not for any melancholy they suggested,but for their twilight bustle which was too solemn and mysterious for me.

I moved on,treading briskly along the road,the dry and crisped snow crunching under my feet.
